Brian Campbell, CEO/President

Brian brings with him over 32 years’ experience in the construction industry, making his way from apprentice to co-owner of one of the largest Mechanical Contractors in the State of Florida. With his passion for excavation services and site utility work, he decided to start an excavation business based out of Loveland, Ohio. In partnership with trusted friends and family, each with their own experience in the construction industry, we’ve created a great team. Together, we bring more than 85 years’ experience to each project. We pride ourselves on quality, craftsmanship and safety, and are sure to be a great asset to your project!

Brian Moeves

Vice President / Operations Manager

Brian Moeves, Vice President / Operations Manager

As Vice President and Operations Manager, Brian Moeves plays a key role in guiding field operations, project performance, and overall company execution. With more than three decades of experience in the construction industry, Brian brings a strong combination of technical expertise, practical field knowledge, and leadership to every project.

Brian began his career installing sanitary sewer, water, and gas mains for residential and commercial developments, gaining a deep understanding of underground utilities and heavy equipment operation. He holds a Cincinnati Journeyman Plumber’s License and an Ohio State Contractor’s License, and has worked extensively across the Tri-State area on commercial site utility installations and large-scale plumbing projects. His experience also includes managing projects for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati.

Committed to quality and customer satisfaction, Brian ensures that each project is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standard. His hands-on background and leadership approach help drive consistent results and strong client partnerships.
